OTA and Social Network Integration

The Client's main business is a social network with a possibility to earn bonuses by referring new users and then spend the bonuses buying various products including travel tours.


GP Solutions installed the GP Travel Platform to automate business processes of the Client.

GP's specialists also performed a two-way integration of custom CRM system into the Client's social network to assure smooth login of an existing user and immediate generation of a new user's information.

Vital importance was given to the possibility for current users to conduct payments with either credit card or bonus card.

Performed integration allows receiving information about the user balance on custom credit cards and enabling reservation payments with virtual money or bonus points.

Another part of the project is a complex tool to create and calculate bonus points based on current user level, price of the offer and average booking price for the specific user.
