Your Suppliers. Your Contracts. Your Margins

GP Solutions is a technology partner rather than a travel content reseller. Every connection runs on a contract you hold directly with the supplier, so you sell on the rates you negotiated and keep control of your margin. We never sit between you and your suppliers commercially.

Sell Your Own Contracts and Third-Party Supply Together

Plenty of travel supplier integration platforms can plug into a supply source. That’s the easy part. The hard part is selling connected supply and your own contracted inventory as one multi-day product. That is what GP Travel Enterprise is built for.

Less Manual Work at Every Step of the Supply Chain

Here’s what changes day to day once travel supplier connectivity runs through GP Travel Enterprise.

01

Unified Search

Search your entire supply base (connected suppliers and your own contracts) in a single query with live results.

  • Compare price and availability across suppliers side by side instead of system by system.
  • Run flexible searches across dates, destinations, and traveler configurations.
  • Re-check live availability and pricing before a quote becomes a booking.
02

Standardized Booking Flow

Book through one flow.

  • Run search, pre-booking, traveler data, options, and confirmation through consistent steps for every product type.
  • Handle cancellations, re-bookings, and payment operations the same way across suppliers.
  • Manage supplier response time-outs centrally instead of per connection.
  • Give new staff one process to learn instead of a dozen.
03

Two-Way Synchronization

Supplier actions flow back into your orders automatically.

  • Sync bookings and cancellations made supplier-side into GP Travel Enterprise without manual entry.
  • Keep availability accurate across every B2B and B2C point of sale.
  • Trigger replacement queues when a supplier cancels, swapping accommodation across every affected booking at once.
04

Supplier-Level Commercial Control

Set your commercial rules once and let them run.

  • Apply markups and commission splits per supplier, per partner, or per market.
  • Control which suppliers each sales channel and partner tier can see.
  • Read net and gross on every booking, whichever source filled it.
  • Keep detailed logs on your own installation for conflict resolution and support.
05

Clean, Deduplicated Hotel Content

Hotel mapping is an optional feature that you can activate by connecting third-party mapping providers such as Giata or Vervotech.

  • Show one accurate entry per property instead of duplicates across suppliers.
  • Choose the mapping approach that fits your business rules.
  • Serve consistent hotel content to your website, your B2B partners, and your API consumers.

What a Ready-Made Travel Supplier Integration Covers

GP Travel Enterprise already carries working travel supplier integrations across the product lines travel businesses sell — flights, hotels, transfers, car rental, and excursions. Each one is configured for your environment during setup.

WHAT YOU BRING

A valid contract with the supplier and the credentials they issue you.

Everything else is already built and maintained.

  • Supplier authentication and credential handling

  • Content standardized into one format across every source

  • Live availability and pricing

  • Booking, amendments, and cancellations through one flow

  • Two-way synchronization, so supplier-side changes reach your orders

  • Ongoing maintenance as the supplier's API evolves

See Who’s Already Connected

Check for yourself whether we already connect the suppliers you work with. Our catalog of travel supplier integrations* is public, so you can take the full list away as a PDF.

* All suppliers shown in the catalog are for informational purposes only and do not represent a commercial commitment or guarantee from GP Solutions. Please contact our team for the availability, connection state, and API readiness of any specific supplier.

We Connect the Suppliers Not Yet on the List

Your supplier doesn’t have to be on our list. Many operators depend on a provider nobody else has — a regional DMC, a charter partner, a system the supplier built themselves.

As a travel API integration provider with 20+ years in this industry, GP Solutions builds custom integrations for niche, regional, and business-critical suppliers, then maintains them as part of your GP Travel Enterprise environment.

Three-step flow: blue 'Your Supplier' card → orange 'Supplier Integration' card → dark blue 'GP Travel Enterprise' card in a horizontal sequence.

Assess

We review the supplier’s API, documentation, and commercial requirements, and confirm what the connection can support.

Map

We define how the supplier’s content, availability, pricing, and booking flows map into GP Travel Enterprise.

Connect

We build, certify, and test the integration, then support the launch in live mode.

Maintain

We keep the connection current as the supplier’s technical environment changes.

Who We Work With

You’ll recognize your business here if you:

  • Source from multiple suppliers across more than one content category
  • Hold your own contracted inventory and sell it alongside third-party supply
  • Build multi-day, multi-destination products
  • Operate across several markets, each with its own local suppliers
  • Sell through more than one channel — B2B partners, B2C, or API
  • Add suppliers often enough that integration work has become a bottleneck

GP Travel Enterprise can cover the most complex supplier integration scenarios. See it running on your own supply mix.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which suppliers are already connected?

The full catalog is public and searchable. It covers GDSs, bedbanks and hotel consolidators, channel managers, DMCs, tour operators, aggregators, and OTAs, and you can download it as a PDF.

Note: When a supplier is listed in the catalog, it means we’ve already built a working connector for that supplier and run it in production, so the development work is done. It doesn’t mean the connection switches on the day you ask for it.

Every deployment still goes through a few steps:

  • Your contract with the supplier, plus the credentials they issue against it
  • Configuration in your environment — the markets, content scope, rates, and rules your contract allows
  • Certification and testing with the supplier, which runs on their process and their timeline
  • A check on the supplier’s current API version, since some have moved on since we last connected them

Most ready-made connections are measured in weeks. Where a supplier has changed its API since our last deployment, we tell you what the update involves before you commit to anything.

Can we manage our own contracted inventory, connected supply, or both?

Any of the three, depending on your business model. GP Travel Enterprise manages your own contracts, rates, and availability rules natively. It also works as a travel supplier integration platform, connecting third-party supply through supplier APIs. The two capabilities work independently of each other.

Operators who only load their own inventory use the first. Operators who only resell connected supply use the second. Run both and the same search returns them together, inside the same package, under the same rules.

How long does it take to get connected?

Ready-made integrations are configured during your standard setup and measured in weeks, helped by a simplified supplier certification procedure and support with launching connectors in live mode.

Do I need my own contract with each supplier?

Yes. Every connection runs on your contract and your credentials. We build and maintain the integration; the rates, commissions, and terms are the ones you negotiated directly with the supplier.

What if I don’t have the contract yet?

Start the conversation with the supplier and tell us in parallel. We’ll scope the integration while you negotiate and connect it once you have credentials.

You don’t have to work out the commercial side alone. We’ve spent 20+ years alongside the major content providers in this industry, and we’re glad to share what we know about which suppliers suit which business model.

Flights are where we can do more than advise. GP Solutions is a certified development partner in the Amadeus Partner Network and a member of the Sabre Developer Partner Program, so if you need a GDS contract, we can introduce you to the right people at Sabre and Amadeus to open the discussion.

What if my supplier isn’t on the list?

We build custom integrations on request, including for niche, regional, and proprietary supplier systems. Tell us which providers your business depends on during discovery and we’ll scope them into the rollout.

How long does a custom supplier integration take?

It depends on the supplier’s API and how much of its behavior is non-standard. You get a dated estimate after the assessment stage, before any commitment.

What’s covered when a supplier changes its API?

Ongoing maintenance within a supplier’s existing API is part of standard support. When a supplier adjusts formats, fields, or static data, our team absorbs the change and your connection keeps running. A supplier update doesn’t become a development ticket for your team.

A full API replacement works differently. If a supplier deprecates its API and moves to a new one, that’s a new integration — it runs through the same assess, map, connect, and maintain stages as any other, under a separate integration agreement.

We flag deprecation notices as soon as suppliers publish them, so the decision reaches you with time to plan.

Can supplier content reach our own website or app?

Yes, through the same REST API that covers the full search-to-booking lifecycle. The core is separate from the front end, so you can run our booking engine or keep your own site and drive it through the API.

Does GP Solutions resell supplier inventory?

No. We’re a travel suppliers integration provider rather than a travel content reseller. You own the commercial relationship with every supplier in your system.
