TTI’s autumn conference bearing the name “Digital Transformation 2025” was dedicated to digital changes in the travel sector. Among its speakers and visitors were true experts who eagerly shared their experience and insights regarding how travel agencies, DMCs, and other industry professionals can upgrade their business processes with the help of digital technologies.

Maria’s presentation bore the title “Practical Ways to Improve Business Efficiency (for DMCs and Tour Operators)”. She went into a greater detail talking about five major steps along the path towards digital transformation for participants in the travel infrastructure: automation, e-relationships with clients, integration, business intelligence, and AI. Her theoretical guidelines were supported by practical examples drawn from GP Solutions’ years of experience.
Maria’s talent as a speaker didn’t go unnoticed, and she has already received several invitations to participate in the upcoming professional events. In addition, we learned about possible developments of our own business endeavors, such as integration payment alternatives for Stripe, additional services integrations, ways to overcome the challenges of constantly updated APIs, non-travel third-party integrations with our travel software, and much more. All these findings were forwarded for further processing to respective specialists within GP Solutions.
