Dear Colleagues, Clients, and Partners! Our team is happy to announce the most significant update of our system –  GP Travel Enterprise 9.0. Our team has implemented valuable improvements to make your travel management processes more efficient. This release is about the optimized search&book process, UI and back-office improvements, and recent API changes. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities We developed a new module, Smart Guide for Guides and Drivers, which allows them to make plans for the day better. When a user with the role “Guide” or “Driver” logs in, the calendar with the days of programs and a list of groups appear. Smart Guide is also available on the Mobile Version of the system and supports: ➢ Offline mode ➢ Availability to synchronize data with back-office after re-connection to internet HDI: Similar Hotels & Recent Views On the hotel description page, we added two brand new features: ➢ Similar hotels – according to the selected hotel, up to 4 hotels are proposed as similar to the current one. Similarity criteria are the same city, same star rating, and distance up to 3 km from the current. ➢ Your recent views – for each user, now we save the last viewed hotels, and when searching again, display them in the browsing history (up to 4 last hotels) Reservation: Communications Tab We added the possibility to create Communications in the reservation on the Website and to save and display a list of Communications. It helps to save the history of communication about reservations for Tour operator 1 level. Reservation: Tips Implemented Tips in Reservations on the Website (used for city guides, vaccination information, etc.). Supports the ability to download files. Shown for all roles. If Tips are added in the back-office, they are displayed on the Website too. Reservation: Documents for Download We optimized the block of documents in Reservation. All Documents for download are placed in a separate part and are convenient for use. API enhancements API changes regard Companies, Accommodations and Orders. Dear Colleagues, Clients, and Partners! Our team is happy to announce the rollout of GP Travel Enterprise 8.14. We have implemented valuable improvements to make your travel management processes more efficient. This release is about the optimized search&book process, UI and back-office improvements, and recent API changes. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities On the search form of hotels, we added a new configurable option (switched off by default) to see own hotels on the map. When a user clicks the button “View” on Map, it is opened in a pop-up window. We have added new functionality to view Own Activities in the calendar format. When clicking the “View Calendar” button, it opens a pop-up with activities sorted by months. The user can click on any activity to go to the corresponding activity page with a description and available offers. Packages: Alternative View of results For more convenient work with the packages, new alternative view is added on the search results page. You can select the results view using the switch icons in the view variation corner. Reservations page: The option of Manual Correction of services in a reservation is now available on the Website. This action can be used by Tour operators of 1st level only. On the Website, we added new functionality for working with reservations. Now it is possible to confirm or reject services in status Confirmation pending. This action is available for: ➢ Tour operators of 1st level ➢ Internal Suppliers Also, it is possible to enter a reference number when confirming the request. We added new functionality, “Cancel All” in reservations with two or more services. It can be used when it is needed to cancel all services in a reservation. Now it is possible to upload and view the list of attached documents to a certain reservation. Also, we added the possibility to cancel Package Tour with one button Cancel. When using this option, users will see common information about penalties, and by clicking “Confirm Cancellation,” all services in the tour will be canceled. Mobile Version: new UI of the Reservation list We improved the UI of the list of reservations in the Mobile Version for more convenient work and a modern view. Also, the filter has been moved to a separate tab. Back-Office improvements We added new logic regarding the use of tariffs and discounts of our own hotels – Late booking less than X days before the service rendering date. We have implemented valuable improvements to make your travel management processes more efficient. This release is about the optimized search&book process, UI and back-office improvements, and recent API changes. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities Please welcome the On the search form of hotels, it is now possible to set the parameter “Citizenship” as mandatory and move it to the main options. Please contact your CSM manager or technical support to switch on this option. We optimized Extra Options on the search form of Activities. Only two types of activities can be used now for searching: Private and Shared (without Walking). HDI: new filters For more convenient work with hotel search results before booking, new filters are added on the hotel description page: Meal Type, Availability, Room Type. Search results page: Netto prices for TO2 It is possible to display Netto prices under Tour operator 2 level access on the Website now. Please contact your CSM manager or technical support to switch on this option. Reservations: Voucher send to E-mail The voucher for confirmed service can be sent to E-mail now, not only downloaded. Back-Office improvements New Suppliers We added a new hotel supplier Sabre & ASISTOUR to our Travel Suppliers List. Rate Shop Comparison (Booking.com) Now we have the integration with an external system Zyte that may provide Booking.com rates for comparison with the rates available on your website. In the case of using Zyte, we may add the logic of the Rate Shop display on your website to see both rates for comparison. Note: as there is no possibility to compare rooms, the comparison is to be available for the cheapest offer only. API enhancements API changes regard Companies, Accommodations and Orders. Dear Colleagues, Clients, and Partners! Our team is happy to announce the rollout of GP Travel Enterprise 8.12. We have implemented valuable improvements to make your travel management processes more efficient. This release is about the new Insurance Module on the website, UI and back-office improvements, and recent API changes. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities Please welcome the Insurance module. Within the new release, we have added a new module Travel Insurance on the Website. Travel Insurance covers risks during travel such as loss of passport and personal belonging cover, loss of checked-in baggage, etc. It can be used as a separate product or as a part of packages. UI enhancements Now you can experience renewed search form design with a modern and comfortable UI The button “change” between departure and arrival points is added on the search form of Transfers, Flights, and Car Rental for a more convenient User Experience. We added the possibility to sort the data by the new option “Recommended” on a search results page. It is necessary to switch on this option on Back-Office to show the mark “Recommended” of these products on the Website. We introduced manual sorting on the rooms and meal types list to make your Own Hotels sorting easier. The max possible days for the daily rates setup was increased. The extra service description is displayed now on the booking page for all products. We added the possibility of manually putting the client’s DOB (not only via calendar) on the booking page. Also, you can use this option to modify the DOB in the reservation. The number of payment statuses has been optimized for more convenient work with reservations. For now, you can experience three payment statuses: Not Paid / Paid / Partly Paid Back-Office improvements Package Tours For Package tours, we added settings to several hotels in one city. Now it is possible to add the necessary number of hotels in one city. Also, you can use the filter “search by name” if there are many hotels on the list. New Option “Recommended” The new option “Recommended” is implemented for own hotels/excursions/events. If you want to switch on this option in the Back Office, you can sort products by option “Recommended” on the results search page on the Website. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities Please welcome the Car Rental module. Our new module includes car search with convenient sorting, brief descriptions, extra services, and a map with possible pick-up and drop-off places. UI enhancements We made multiroom booking more convenient for you. Orders are now called Reservations. Now you can specify the price in the Price filter. Back-Office improvements Own Hotels Now you can upload prices from XLSX. We introduced manual sorting on the list of rooms and meal types to make your Own Hotels sorting easier. The max possible days for the daily rates setup was increased. Package calculator Our team created the Package Calculator to let you quickly compute the group price in reservations and package tours. Private clients Now you can provide a sample file in the Private Clients tab. Transfers New labels in vouchers and notifications (“Airport” and “Railway station”) were added. Our team has introduced more features to improve your user experience, and we hope that you will enjoy all the innovations. This release is about the new tools and website functionality and UI and back-office improvements. We also introduced several API enhancements, so please check if they affect your system. Today, we’re announcing: New website capabilities We have upgraded the map search feature: now you can search for accommodation within a certain radius or around particular spots. You can filter relevant search results and save time by quickly checking their locations on the map. UI enhancements We have updated the design of the Activities search results page, the Activities description page, the Reservation page, and the Order page to make them more convenient for you. Back-Office improvements Now you can see the booked tariff on the Reservation details page (applies to booked Activities and Cars) API changes API changes mostly regard: Information on booked tariffs, price, payment date of booking Information on invoice payment date and time Payment status Other changes You can learn more about API tweaks here. GP Solutions is pleased to announce the release of GP Travel Enterprise 8.9. For better discoverability of new features across the platform, we are bringing together the release announcements covering Itinerary Builder, UI/UX changes and Back-office enhancements. This release is all about new capabilities and enhancements in existing platform modules to streamline and improve your user experience. We’ve also done major changes to API, so if they affect the API methods you are using, please adjust integration from your side. Today, we’re announcing: New Itinerary Builder: We have created Itinerary builder with completely new functionality, that will help to illustrate future trips for your clients. In order to display all the details, it is necessary to add descriptions and photos to the reservation in the back office. By setting up and specifying all the details in the back office you easily get more professional-looking product. Day-by-day itinerary can include suggestions for specific day plans or general information tailored to fit each day of a trip. New Website Capabilities: We’ve created a detailed route map for the activities on a website. Changes in our CMS system: new field “Order” gives a possibility to change the order of display of Popular Destinations on the main page. Last, but not least: some UI enhancements of the Website have been made: updated design for search results page, hotel page, reservation page, and order page. We’re on the verge of summer and we’re dropping a new release of our GP Travel Enterprise platform to make your travel management operations smoother and faster. This is one of the most technically complex releases to date, so if the new features streamline your workflow make sure to shout out to the Support Team via email. This release is all about new capabilities and enhancements in existing platform modules to streamline and improve your user experience. Today, we’re announcing: New Website Capabilities: This version features a new User Interface for the Extranet Module that is designed to manage the properties for suppliers. – Now you can upload Private Clients via Excel file – We’ve added Extranet API for Car Rental and Excursions Now it’s possible to request an Early check-in & late check-out on the booking page. In case there are special cancellation conditions in the hotel’s final pricing, cancellation penalties will be displayed. For your convenience, we have added a new option for displaying order details: Itinerary View. Itinerary View allows you to see the service date and time right on the order detail page.
